We often hear people say, "The Universe may have 11 dimensions." and think what the higher dimensions actually mean.
We (humans) are three dimensionsal species. We can sense three dimensions in the Space. There might be higher dimensional species too living in the Universe. There is even a possibility that our world is manipulated by these higher dimensional beings.
Visualizing higher dimensions is difficult but in this video, an attempt is made to get an idea about the Fourth dimension in Space.
