12. Randeep Hooda : The actor was in Kuala Lampur where he was shooting for the film, “Do Lafzon Ki Kahani”. In the film, Hooda plays the role of an MMA fighter. He was duelling with a stuntman when the latter failed to duck in time as a result of which Hooda broke not one, not two but four toes on his left foot. Hooda, for some reason thought he should share the vagaries of the injury with his adoring fans and posted the X-Ray image on his Twitter account.
11. Kangana Ranaut : “Queen” of Bollywood injured herself while shooting for “Tanu Weds Manu”. She had to ride a bike in a scene for the film, but she fell off the bike and fractured her foot.
10. Farhan Akhtar : Farhan Akhthar had it tough not just because he sustained a rather painful elbow injury recently while shooting for an action scene. The actor was not allowed to have pain-killers which meant ice-packs were his only solace.
9. Shah Rukh Khan : The actor suffered a shoulder injury while shooting for ‘Dulha Mil Gaya’ in 2009. He also suffered a back injury while he was shooting for “Shakti”. He apparently got injured on the sets of Fan. The actor took to Twitter and posted about the same. On August 15, 2015, SRK wrote about long days and tough shoot. He wrote, “Long days,injury,tough shoot.”I’ve got fire for a heart,a river for a soul…Nobody can drag me down” One Direction. In pieces but at peace.”
8. John Abraham : The 42-year-old actor, who is shooting for “Force 2″, suffered a knee injury while filming an action sequence. John, who had been canning action scenes, met with an accident, and was immediately rushed to the hospital where the blood clots that he had developed, as a result of the injury, were removed.
7. Akshay Kumar : During the introductory song, ‘Tung tung baje‘ from Singh is Bliing, Akshay had to perform several stunts, one of which required him to jump through a fired up hula-hoop. And despite all the safety precautions, he sustained burns on his leg.
6. Varun Dhawan : Varun Dhawan was recently injured on the sets of his upcoming dance film ABCD 2. The film where Varun will be seen flaunting his dancing skills, is a sequel to “ABCD: Any Body Can Dance”. Apparently, while performing a step for a scene in the film, the actor injured his back heavily. In order to avoid any kind of disruption and resume the shoot, the actor decided to take an injection.

He suffered a severe back pain after he injured himself while shooting an action scene for “Agneepath”. However, the worst came when Hrithik suffered a near fatal injury on his head during the shooting of “Bang Bang”. The actor continued to shoot despite severe headache, but had to be hospitalised after being diagnosed with subdural hematoma (blood clot). The actor underwent a brain surgery in July 2013 for removal of the clot.
